WE’RE HIRING

F&B Operations & Compliance Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented person to monitor our cafeteria operations and ensure that all outlets consistently follow company SOPs, food-safety requirements and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular and surprise operational audits at cafeterias and kitchens
  • Check food hygiene, preparation, storage, temperature control, cleanliness and staff practices
  • Ensure employees follow company SOPs, Halal requirements and food-safety standards
  • Inspect documentation, checklists, licences, staff records and daily operational records
  • Identify non-compliance and prepare clear audit reports
  • Recommend corrective actions and follow up until all issues are resolved
  • Provide SOP guidance and training to outlet employees
  • Support management in improving operational efficiency and service quality

Requirements

  • Malaysian only.
  • Diploma or degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Food Science or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in F&B operations, catering, cafeteria or central-kitchen operations
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Halal, KKM requirements and food-safety practices is an advantage
  • Strong observation, reporting and problem-solving skills
  • Firm, fair and confident when enforcing SOPs
  • Able to work independently and communicate effectively with outlet teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, powerpoint and Excel
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel between outlets
  • Fresh graduates with relevant food-safety knowledge may also apply
