Full Time DEPUTY CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 35,000 in GG Healthcare Selangor - Maukerja

• Support the CFO in overall financial strategy and management of the Group.
• Act as the CFO's key deputy and assume delegated responsibilities when the CFO is unavailable.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.
• Provide management with financial analysis and recommendations for business decisions.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting and management reporting.
• Strengthen financial controls, risk management and finance SOPs.
• Monitor Group financial performance, profitability, working capital and cash position.
• Oversee audit, tax, statutory compliance and regulatory matters.
• Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, company secretary, bankers and other professional advisors.
• Support IPO-related financial reporting, governance and internal-control requirements.
• Review business investment, CAPEX and major financial proposals.
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
• Work closely with CEO, COO and other HODs on financial and operational matters.
• Support the CFO and Board/management in strategic financial planning.

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM35,000.00 per month
