Full Time Quantity Surveyor (CSA) Jobs, in IntelliPro Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with strong Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) experience to join a fast‑growing construction company as part of their growth initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze tender documents and drawings.
• Prepare fee proposals, quotations, BOQ, and cost estimates.
• Perform quantity take‑off (QTO) for project scopes.
• Source, compare, and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Support tender preparation, costing, and pricing submissions.
• Handle procurement activities including material sourcing and purchase orders.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and prepare cost control reports.
• Manage progress claims, subcontractor claims, and variation orders (VO).
• Assist in contract administration, documentation, and project close‑out.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of CSA/Builder field or construction experience.
• Must possess good communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel to construction sites at different locations when required.
• Capable of handling costing, pricing, and market research effectively.
