Full Time Facilities Service Specialist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in OSADI COMMERCIAL SUPPLIES SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with engineers/supervisors or independently to oversee various site services, including cafeteria, janitorial, landscaping, pest control, transportation, dormitory services, and other employee services.
• Assist in developing Scope of Work (SOW) for outsourced services, as well as preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities.
• Support the preparation and estimation of annual budgets for service contracts.
• Participate in daily operational meetings, identify operational issues, and work with relevant parties to resolve problems effectively.
• Provide guidance and supervision to in-house contractors and external service providers, ensuring service quality and performance are properly monitored and maintained.
• Conduct or support service audits and performance monitoring to drive continuous improvement and enhance employee satisfaction.
• Ensure all supervised activities comply with established safety standards and requirements.
• Work closely with contractors and service providers to achieve agreed KPIs, performance standards, customer satisfaction, and safety objectives.
• Support and comply with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) audit and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in facilities management, site services, workplace services, contractor/vendor management, or service contract management.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or MNC environment will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of SOP, risk assessment, safety, contractor management and audit requirements.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams and external service providers.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
