• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations
• Monitor progress of construction work and ensure adherence to schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to workers and subcontractors
• Inspect work quality and ensure it meets required standards
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
• Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, or delays promptly
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
• Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Conduct site inspections and safety briefings

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
