Location: Bertam Resort & Water Park Penang

We are looking for passionate and service-oriented Spa Therapists to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional body massages and spa treatments
• Provide personalised treatment recommendations to guests
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and supplies
• Follow hygiene, safety and service standards
• Promote suitable spa treatments, packages and products
• Ensure a relaxing and memorable guest experience

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as a Spa Therapist or Massage Therapist is preferred
• Spa or massage therapy certification is an advantage
• Knowledge of different massage and wellness techniques
• Well-groomed with good communication skills
• Friendly, professional and guest-focused
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Fresh graduates with relevant training are encouraged to apply
