Ticketing & Reservation Agent / Tour Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ticketing & Reservation Agent / Tour Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling flight ticketing, hotel reservations, tour arrangements and assisting customers with their travel needs.

Responsibilities:

• Handle flight ticket reservations, issuance, rebooking, cancellation and changes.
• Manage hotel, tour package and other travel-related reservations.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries and travel arrangements for customers.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, suppliers, tour operators and other travel partners.
• Assist customers with travel enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and social media.
• Ensure all bookings, passenger details and travel documents are accurate.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, payments and booking confirmations.
• Handle customer requests and resolve booking-related issues professionally.
• Assist in preparing and promoting tour packages when required.
• Maintain proper records of bookings, payments and customer information.
• Provide good customer service before, during and after the customer's trip.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in ticketing, reservation, travel agency or tour operation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of airline ticketing and reservation systems (e.g. GDS AMADEUS) is an added advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Other languages are an advantage.
• Good computer skills and familiar with WhatsApp, email and social media.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
