Full Time M-E Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in G-Cast Concrete Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment within the production plant.
• Troubleshoot and repair motors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, overhead cranes, and other production machinery.
• Inspect, maintain, and service plant utilities and facility equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize operational downtime.
• Conduct routine checks on electrical panels, wiring systems, switchgear, mechanical components, and lifting equipment.
• Assist in the installation, testing, modification, and commissioning of machinery and equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals to support maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Work closely with the Production team to address equipment issues and support continuous plant operations.
• Ensure all maintenance works are carried out in compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform inspection, servicing, and repair works at elevated locations, including overhead cranes, platforms, and high-level plant structures when necessary.
• Maintain proper maintenance records and report equipment abnormalities to supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in maintenance of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults and carrying out repairs independently.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, electrical wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
• Possess a valid Malaysian Wireman's License (PW2/PW4) will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in overhead crane maintenance will be an added advantage.
• Not afraid of heights and physically fit to climb ladders, work on platforms, and access overhead cranes for maintenance and repair activities.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions.
• Willing to work overtime and attend to emergency breakdowns when required.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
