Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead end‑to‑end hiring for Malaysia while serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders. This role drives strategic recruitment activities, builds strong talent pipelines, and contributes to APAC‑wide sourcing initiatives to support current and future workforce needs.


In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver full‑cycle recruitment for roles across Malaysia.
  • Provide insights on Malaysia’s talent landscape, including market trends, competitive intelligence, and talent availability.
  • Develop and execute attraction and sourcing strategies that elevate employer branding and enhance candidate outreach.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong pipelines of both passive and active candidates for critical talent segments.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and strengthens our brand.
  • Support and lead TA projects aimed at improving recruitment effectiveness and operational excellence.
  • Utilize recruitment analytics to identify trends and improve talent acquisition strategy and outcomes.

You identify the right talent to meet the group’s needs. You facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and stakeholders. You encourage the open expression of diverse ideas and opinions. You will have an added advantage with a semiconductor recruitment background.


For This Role, You Will Need:

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, gained in an agency, RPO, or in‑house setting.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Experience or exposure to sourcing talent across APAC markets, ideally including Malaysia, China, and ASEAN.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, job platforms, and modern search techniques.
  • Ability to manage recruitment projects and hiring campaigns with clear timelines and deliverables.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and share insights to guide recruitment decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and customer‑focused mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.


Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers or senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in building talent pipelines for niche or hard‑to‑fill roles.
  • Familiarity with talent sourcing tools specific to semiconductor markets
  • Passion for process improvement and contributing to TA transformation initiatives.
