We are looking for a responsible, customer-oriented, and trustworthy Frontline Service Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for handling foreign currency exchange, remittance transactions, and customer service at the counter.

Responsibilities

• Handle the buying and selling of foreign currencies.
• Process customers’ remittance applications accurately and efficiently.
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide assistance over the counter.
• Check and verify that cash received is genuine, valid, and in good condition.
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain proper records and complete daily operational tasks as required.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
• Pleasant personality with a service-oriented attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
• Candidates who are multilingual will have an added advantage.
• Willing to work additional hours when required to complete daily operational tasks.
