Full Time CNC Machinist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,049.66 in Ultimate Machining Solutions (M) Sdn. Bhd. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job responsibilities

• Produce and maintain a high quality of job according to the engineering specification.
• CNC Programming & Editing: Create, modify, and optimize programs for both Fanuc and Mazak controllers.
• Execute first-piece run proving, dry runs, and adjust feed/speed overrides to ensure safe and accurate machining.
• Responsible for maintaining maximum utilization of machines.
• Maintain good housekeeping, safety and general machine maintenance.
• Understand and practice the company's procedure.
• Cooperate to OT with supervisor.
• To follow any other instructions, work responsibilities as instructed by the superior from time to time.
• To ensure that the subordinate following respective work instructions. (if any)

Requirements

• Minimum SPM level or equivalents. Those with working experience will be an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and specifications.
• Proven hands-on experience setting and operating both Fanuc and Mazak controls.
• 2 to 5+ years of precision machining experience in a Semicon manufacturing or aerospace products fabrication.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM6,049.66 per month
