About The Job
This position focuses on protecting, growing, and strengthening relationships across our active client accounts. You will serve as the primary commercial strategist to expand account share and secure long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop tailored account strategies to increase share of wallet and repeat machinery orders.
- Identify new plant opportunities for SmartOps digital platforms and ongoing service renewals.
- Prepare commercial quotations, negotiate agreement terms, and manage contract renewals.
- Collaborate with internal finance teams to manage billing milestones and payment collection.
- Act as the primary escalation point for client satisfaction, issue resolution, and operational updates.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of B2B key account management or sales experience in industrial environments.
- Proven track record managing installed bases for machinery, equipment, or automation systems.
- Strong commercial acumen in pricing, margin maintenance, and contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
