Full Time Pastry Assistant - Baker Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Gundutt Kitchen Johor - Maukerja

We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Pastry Assistant to join our team at Gundutt Kitchen. You will assist with the daily preparation and production of our homemade desserts, cakes and pastries while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness and food safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily preparation and production of cakes, pastries, desserts and other bakery products.
• Follow recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
• Assist with baking, decorating, assembling and packaging desserts.
• Prepare and handle ingredients according to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure all products are prepared consistently and maintain good quality.
• Keep the pastry kitchen, equipment and work area clean and organised.
• Assist with stock checking and proper storage of ingredients and finished products.
• Work efficiently during busy periods and meet daily production requirements.
• Perform other pastry kitchen duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a bakery, pastry kitchen or café is preferred.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with a strong interest in pastry and baking are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of baking and dessert preparation is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and follow recipes and SOPs.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual, clean and organised.
• Able to work flexible hours, weekends and public holidays when required.
