Sepenuh Masa IT Support Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in ROTARY GROUP Johor Bahru - Maukerja

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email, printer, CCTV, and system-related issues;
• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including computers, servers, network equipment, CCTV systems, backups, and security tools;
• Manage IT equipment, software installation, user accounts, system access, and IT setup for new, transferred, and resigned employees;
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for technical support, equipment repairs, maintenance, quotations, and service-related matters, while maintaining accurate IT asset records;
• Maintain IT documentation and support system upgrades, improvement projects, and the resolution of critical IT incidents as required by Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, CCTV, and basic IT security.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle technical issues independently.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to support users and IT operations.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
