Full Time Toolmaker Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Golden City Plastic Johor - Maukerja

1. Provide and transfer the technical know-how on mold maintenance to tool makers.

2. Interface with external supplier (Edaran Precision Plastic) to provide timely delivery of replacement mold parts and spare parts.

3. Implementation of scheduled mold preventive maintenance program for all active molds.

4. Carry out daily mold conversion, mold repairs, mold servicing and mold overhaul as per plan schedule.

5. Perform 5 ‘S to keep maintains the workplace cleanliness and safety.

6. To record and maintain all necessary tooling departments’ quality records after each mold action.

7. Responsible to fulfill guideline ISO9001:2015 , ISO14001:2015 , IATF16949:2016, AS9100:2016.

8. To undertake others assigned by superior from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
