Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

• Welcome walk-ins and respond to phone, WhatsApp and social media enquiries, qualify leads and schedule test rides.
• Conduct product demonstrations and supervised test rides while clearly explaining model specs, promotions, financing and insurance options.
• Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders, present payment plans and available promotions to help customers decide.
• Follow up with prospects, log enquiry details and build a pipeline for repeat business and local referrals.

Order & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with finance and insurance teams to ensure documents are complete and transactions progress smoothly.
• Assist customers with paperwork for registrations, loan processing and handovers when required.
• Maintain up-to-date sales records and report daily activity and results to the showroom manager.

Events & Local Growth

• Support showroom events and promotions by preparing demo bikes, coordinating schedules and welcoming attendees.
• Develop relationships with riders to encourage referrals and repeat purchases.
• Hit individual and monthly sales targets through proactive prospecting and consistent follow-through.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in motorcycle, automotive, retail or related industries.
• Experience handling both new and used motorcycle deals, including big bikes, is an advantage.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence and motorcycle licence.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Strong negotiation and selling skills with a track record of meeting targets and earning commission.
• Computer literate and familiar with WhatsApp, social media and basic sales or CRM tools.
• Accurate in preparing quotations, sales orders and basic sales documentation.
• Knowledge of motorcycle specifications, promotions and common financing options to advise customers confidently.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Confident, friendly and customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Passion for motorcycles or big bikes is an advantage and helps you connect with customers.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable representing our showroom at events and during customer handovers.
