Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Photographer & Sales Assistants to capture memorable moments while delivering excellent customer service. This role combines photography, sales, and daily outlet operations, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs of customers, products, events, and activities according to Company standards.
• Assist customers by explaining products, packages, and promotions while providing professional customer service.
• Promote and sell the Company's products and services to achieve sales targets.
• Process customer payments, bookings, and sales transactions accurately.
• Perform basic photo editing, manage digital image files, and ensure photography equipment is properly maintained.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and overall presentation of the outlet.
• Comply with Company policies, procedures, and operational standards, and perform other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in photography, retail, or sales is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic photography and computer skills are preferred.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented with good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and on a rotational shift schedule.
