Location of vacancies:

• LC Gadong, Brunei
• LC Lawas, Limbang

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient sales performance
• Supervise, guide, and motivate sales staff to achieve targets
• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently
• Manage inventory and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Prepare and review sales reports, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues effectively
• Ensure all staff comply with company policies and procedures
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• 2 year minimum sales/retail experience
• Aged between 20 and 35 years old.
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented personality.
• Passionate about sports, fitness, and sportswear products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have own transportation
• Able to commit fulltime and retail hour
