Full Time Branch Sales Executive - Travel - Tours Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Irkaz Travel & Tours Johor - Maukerja

Job Scope

• Promote and sell Umrah & travel packages
• Generate new leads through walk-ins, referrals, networking, social media & community outreach
• Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle customer enquiries via walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp & other channels
• Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, seminars & community events
• Develop local networks and identify new business opportunities
• Assist customers with registration, booking, payment & required documentation
• Maintain sales pipeline, customer database and sales records
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets/KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales
• Experience in Travel & Tours, Umrah, Hajj is an advantage
• Confident, proactive & target-driven
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good follow-up, negotiation & closing skills
• Comfortable meeting customers and conducting face-to-face sale
• Willing to participate in outdoor sales activities and events

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
