Full Time Operation Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 10,000 in IX TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily data center operations, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, BMS, fire protection, and other critical systems.
• Ensure continuous availability and reliability of critical infrastructure and services.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime.
• Monitor facility performance, alarms, incidents, and system abnormalities.
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Method of Procedures (MOP), and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP).
• Ensure all maintenance and operational activities are properly planned, documented, and executed.
• Coordinate planned maintenance, shutdowns, system upgrades, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Manage contractors, vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with data center Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor energy consumption, Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE), and other operational efficiency indicators.
• Manage operational budgets, manpower costs, maintenance costs, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, fire safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and operational audits.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment, maintenance activities, incidents, and operational reports.
• Lead emergency response and business continuity activities.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Prepare regular operational, maintenance, incident, and performance reports for management and clients.
• Support data center expansion, fit-out, upgrading, and infrastructure improvement projects.

People Management

• Lead, supervise, and develop data center engineers, technicians, and operations personnel.
• Establish manpower requirements, shift schedules, and duty rosters.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and technical guidance.
• Ensure the operations team is adequately trained and competent to perform their duties.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, discipline, operational excellence, and customer service.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
