Full Time T Logistic Manager - Manufacturing (Bayan Lepas, Penang) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 18,000 in SUPER HERO FAMILY ENTERPRISE Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plans and implements activities related to Order Fulfillment, Traffic, Logistics and Trade Compliances

2. Communicate, follow-up and coordinate timeley response/action from factory to specific issues brought up by internal /external customers

3. Participate in specific project related to Warehousing, Inventory, System, Trade Complaince.

4. Identify and establish efficient/optimized storage space and system to safe keep, track, retrieve and updates finished goods inventory in addition to security aspect

5. Manage freight billing verifications, validations working closely with finance on freight budgeting and cost monitoring with timely update in system.

6. Responsible for the Warehousing activities related to import and export, liaising with forwarders, carrier and local government agencies to ensure conformance for controlled product shipment.

7. Facilitates and coordinates the procurement of various licenses eg Sub-Con licenses, LMW, Bank guarantee, tax-exemptions and their periodical renewal as may require

8. Support in the negotiation, selection and appointment (jointly with tender committee) of forwarders/carriers regarding rates, schedules, space, cargo handling and services based on service performance and price competitiveness.

9. Monitors forwarders/carriers performance in terms of quality and responsive of service related to OTD, Lead Time, Expedite Service, hand carry etc.

10. Hire, develop and coaches subordinates for continuous improvement and career developments

11. Support full compliance of related audit requirements.

12. Other duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor Degree

2. At least 8-10 years of working experience including experience in managerial role

3. Experience in related warehousing management , inbound/outbound shipping and order fulfillment

4. Exposure in WMS SAP

5. Ability to plan ahead shipping schedules to meet delivery deadlines during holidays, plant shutdown, etc

6. Plan for manpower requirements, capital equipment, space re-layout, etc

7. Forecast budget for the entire warehousing and traffic operations.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
