Full Time Maintenance Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in SPRUCE MOVER ENGINEERING SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

1. Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for cranes, vehicles and workshop equipment.

2. Conduct or coordinate routine equipment inspections and servicing.

3. Identify equipment defects and initiate corrective maintenance.

4. Ensure defective or unsafe equipment is identified and placed “OUT OF SERVICE” where necessary.

5. Coordinate repair and maintenance activities with competent technicians or approved service providers.

6. Verify completion of maintenance and inspection before equipment is returned to service.

7. Monitor validity of statutory inspection, testing and certification requirements.

8. Maintain equipment maintenance history, inspection reports and repair records.

9. Monitor spare parts, lubricants and maintenance materials required for equipment reliability.

10. Report major defects, recurring failures, equipment risks and replacement requirements to the Operations Manager.

Requirement:

- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Maintenance

-Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in equipment, crane, vehicle or heavy machinery maintenance.

-Experience with mobile/crawler cranes and heavy transport equipment is advantageous. Knowledge of preventive maintenance, inspection and repair requirements.

-Relevant competency certification where required by applicable legislation.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
