The Guest Service Assistant serves as the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service to ensure a welcoming and seamless experience. Responsible for managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries, the GSA plays a key role in upholding the hotel’s service standards and creating positive guest impressions. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and experienced in hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, including handling reservations and payments.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a customer-focused approach.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate guest records and manage the front desk system effectively.
• Uphold hotel policies and service standards, ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in front desk or guest service roles, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera) is a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
