Job Responsibilities

• Promote and introduce Fine Ways Tr avel & Tours packages, promotions, and tr avel services during live sessions.
• Promote and demonstrate products available through the YellowBag /TikTok Shop.
• Engage with viewers, respond to comments, and encourage interaction throughout the live session.
• Explain product and package details clearly and confidently.
• Assist in increasing audience engagement, enquiries, and sales through live sessions.
• Stay updated on current promotions, packages, and products before each session.
• Maintain a professional and friendly image that represents the Fine Ways brand.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Live Host, preferably in travel, e- commerce, lifestyle, or related industries.
• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, friendly, and able to keep viewers engaged.
• Able to explain products and travel packages in a clear and convincing manner.
• Comfortable answering questions and handling viewers in real time.
• Able to work on a rotating schedule covering morning, afternoon, and evening sessions.
• Familiar with TikTok Live, TikTok Shop, or other live-str eaming platforms.
• Sales-oriented with the ability to turn viewer engagement into enquiries and purchases.
• Presentable and professional on camera.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn about Fine Ways travel packages, products, and brand.

Added Advantage

• Experience promoting tr avel packages or tourism-r elated products.
• Experience with TikTok Shop / Yellow Bag products.
• Strong knowledge of current TikTok trends and live-selling techniques.
• Multilingual ability, especially English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Comfortable creating engaging content or short videos outside of live sessions.

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
