CSA Inspectors/Clerks of Works (Data Centre Construction) JB

A CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) Inspector of Works for data center construction monitors, inspects, and verifies on-site construction to ensure compliance with specialized technical drawings, structural integrity, and high-quality finishes. They oversee foundations, building envelopes, and interior, crucial for strict data center standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Inspection: Monitor daily construction for adherence to architectural drawings, structural specs, and local building codes.
• Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Identify, report, and close non-conformances (NCRs) regarding workmanship and materials.
• Coordination & Reporting: Liaise with consultants, contractors, and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) teams to report on progress, photographic documentation, and site issues.
• Project Specifics: Oversee complex structural elements (high-loading floors) and architectural detailing tailored for mission-critical facilities.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture.
• Experience: 5–8+ years in CSA supervision, ideally with experience in data centre construction, mission-critical facilities or large-scale industrial projects.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of BIM models, structural drawings, and safety regulations.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
