About Zelix Labs

Zelix Labs builds WhatsApp automation and AI agents for SMEs in Singapore and the region. We turn a business's WhatsApp number into a real sales channel, covering segmentation, broadcasts, follow-ups, CRM and the ads that feed them. We're a small team and we're moving from custom builds to our own subscription product.

The role

You'll own growth for Zelix and for the clients whose campaigns we run. You'll plan campaigns, get them live, read the numbers and decide what to cut and what to scale. You'll work directly with the founders.

What you'll do

• Run paid campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn for Zelix and for client accounts, from brief through to reporting
• Manage a small team to help with client deliverables
• Build funnels that end in a WhatsApp conversation instead of a form nobody follows up on
• Plan and write segmented WhatsApp broadcast campaigns
• Set up tracking and report on cost per lead, conversion and revenue
• Grow Zelix's own pipeline through content, LinkedIn, partnerships and outbound experiments
• Help shape the go-to-market for our subscription product

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in growth or performance marketing, with at least 2 of them at a digital agency
• You've handled several client accounts at once without dropping deadlines
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. You've spent real budget and can explain what it returned
• You make calls from data and you're comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards
• You write clearly in English
• Bonus: experience with GoHighLevel, *************, HubSpot or similar CRM and automation tools
