Full Time Pre-Sales, Ninja Mart (Kluang, Johor) Jobs, in Ninja Mart Johor - Maukerja

Drive and achieve sales growth within the assigned territory through effective customer servicing, outlet visitation, business development and timely collection of outstanding payments in line with performance targets and business requirements communicated by management. It is a 6-month contract position, with the opportunity to be offered a permanent position based on performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive sales within assigned territory (Kluang, Johor) and customer portfolio.
• Develop and maintain active outlets and identify new business opportunities.
• Execute promotions, trade programmes and other commercial initiatives.
• Follow up and collect outstanding payments from assigned customers/outlets.
• Monitor due and overdue balances and escalate collection issues where required.
• Maintain proper follow-up on customer payment commitments.
• Complete assigned outlet visits and route activities.
• Manage daily field activities effectively to support sales, collection and customer servicing.
• Comply with working hours, reporting arrangements and field schedules.
• Provide timely updates and reports to the immediate supervisor.
• Support customers and resolve or escalate sales, delivery or payment-related issues.
• Comply with Company policies, SOPs and reasonable management instructions.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, retail distribution or related industries.
• Fresh graduates who are passionate about kickstarting their career in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Good sales, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Able to manage field activities, customer accounts and collection responsibilities independently.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
