Full Time (External) Assistant Audit Manager Jobs, in TG Malaysia Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Your Key Responsibilities:

• You will lead and manage the engagement team on audit assignments of a portfolio of clients in various industries as well as providing on-the-job training to your team to develop their auditing skills and familiarity with the firm’s audit methodology.
• You will be managing timely billings and collections as well as risk management of the engagements involved, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Develop high performing team through coaching and guidance to maximize results which will further enhance their own personal development.

Education and professional skills / knowledge Experience and Education:

• Degree in any discipline and/ or a Professional qualification or a membership in Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
• More than 4 years of working experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in leading and managing teams.
• Other skills: • Possesses robust interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, combines teamwork with leadership abilities.
• Strong drive to excel professionally and ability to guide and motivate team members.
• Capable of upholding strict confidentiality and professionalism in every situation.
• Proficient in MS Office

Requirement :

• Candidates are required to have their own transportation
• The role involves travelling to client sites for audit engagements.
