Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare HR letters, memos, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and other employee-related documents.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and other employee records.
  • Ensure HR documents are properly filed and updated.

Recruitment & Selection

  • Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Prepare Letters of Offer and employment-related documents for new joiners.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding arrangements.
  • Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and manpower records.

Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation and verification.
  • Check attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and payroll exceptions.
  • Assist with statutory matters including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other related submissions.
  • Assist employees with HR benefits, medical claims, and other HR-related enquiries.

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate training programmes and maintain training records.
  • Assist with training schedules, attendance, LMS updates, and training documentation.
  • Support mandatory training and compliance requirements.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in organising colleague engagement activities, celebrations, CSR initiatives, and HR events.
  • Support employee communication activities, surveys, and engagement programmes.
  • Handle employee enquiries and provide appropriate HR support.

Performance Management

  • Assist with probation reviews, appraisals, performance documentation, and confirmation processes.
  • Monitor probation periods and follow up with Heads of Department on required assessments.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Assist in handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and applicable Malaysian employment legislation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR matters.
  • Support internal and external HR audits when required.

Pay: From RM1,736.95 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • HR: 3 years (Required)

Language:

  • english (Required)
