Responsibilities

Site Operations

• Run daily site start-up checks and maintain site logbooks to keep works on schedule.
• Organise crew scheduling and task assignments so labour is used where it matters most.
• Manage on-site materials deliveries and basic inventory to avoid delays and waste.
• Oversee site security arrangements and ensure access control during work hours.

Quality & Safety

• Perform routine site inspections and report non-conformances with clear corrective steps.
• Apply quality control checklists during concrete pours, formwork, and finishing stages.
• Support toolbox talks and ensure compliance with regulatory safety requirements on site.
• Record inspection outcomes and follow up until issues are closed.

Coordination & Planning

• Assist in site planning and site assessment activities to prepare for mobilisation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for daily work sequencing and handovers.
• Prepare simple site reports and communicate progress to the supervising team.
• Help with site selection visits and basic assessment notes for project teams.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduates or entry level candidates with 0 years of experience are welcome.
• Diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on construction sites and travel between project locations as needed.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Quality Control practices and experience applying basic checklists on site.
• Site Planning, Site Inspection, Site Assessment and Site Selection skills for small to medium projects.
• Materials Management, Crew Scheduling and basic Subcontracting coordination knowledge.
• Familiarity with Regulatory Compliance for site safety and local construction requirements.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Communicate clearly with teams and subcontractors, both verbally and in short written reports.
• Show initiative, a learning mindset, and the ability to follow direction with attention to detail.
• Be dependable on site, punctual, and committed to maintaining safe working conditions.
• Work well within a close-knit team and accept hands-on mentoring from senior staff.
