Job Description:

• Handle sub-sales, loan documentation and other conveyancing matters

• To maintain and update file status

• Able to liase with developers, purchasers, banks and any related parties (correspondence in writing and verbal) with minimal supervision.

• Possess good communication skills and able meet deadlines

• Always takes initiatives, good attitude and responsible

• Have working experience in legal firm/banking field more advantages

• Able to work independently

• Able to work under pressure
