AVAILABLE POSITIONS

Kitchen Assistant (Back of House)

• Prepare food according to company standards and authentic Korean recipes
• Handle food preparation, portioning, battering, breading & marinating
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Ensure proper food storage, labelling & stock rotation
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Support daily kitchen operations and other assigned tasks

Service Crew (Front of House)

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude
• Take orders and recommend our signature Korean menu
• Serve food and beverages efficiently
• Handle cashiering and payment processes
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
• Ensure service items are properly prepared and stocked
• Work together with the team to deliver excellent customer service
