Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in banquet setup and preparation before events.
• Serve food and beverages to guests during functions and events.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
• Assist in resetting venues for different event requirements.
• Ensure excellent customer service and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times.
• Support the Banquet team in ensuring smooth event operations.

Requirements:

• Friendly, polite, and service-oriented.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Punctual, responsible, and a team player.
• Prior F&B experience is an advantage, but not required.

Pay: RM10.00 per hour
