Full Time Assistant Banquet Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in TPGR Johor - Maukerja

1. Ensure Quality Of F&B Service Comply With Established Standards

 Direct and supervise daily operations.

 Perform random checks on food quality and service standards including cleanliness.

 Provide directions for improvements as required.

2. Ensure Day-To-Date Operational Efficiency

 Analyze existing internal systems and recommending on improvements as required.

 Resolve operational and/or personnel problems referred.

 Oversee training for staff.

 Oversee scheduling and administration of duty rosters.

 Evaluate immediate sub-ordinates performance and provide references as required.

3. Contribute To The Consistent Achievement Of Department’s Objectives

 Participate in the development of the annual budget, costing and price of menus.

 Assist superior in conducting hiring process, performance appraisal and counseling as and when required.

 Establish and maintain good employee relations, resolve staff grievances and personal problems amongst them.

 Assist F&B Manager / F&B Manager in identifying training needs for F&B Outlet’s staffs.

 Monitor and maintain appropriates standard dress code, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and conduct of the staff during their shift.

 Constantly create safety awareness within the outlets and kitchen areas and ensure safety procedures and guidelines are followed.

 Provide on job training to new and existing employee from time to time.

 Check and monitor staff daily attendance and take appropriate action as and when required.

4. Coordination Of F&B Beverage Service

 Work closely with all relevant department and section for better coordination.

 Provide feedback on customer complaints.

 Report daily operations as required by management.

5. Others

 Perform any other duties as and when required by the Management.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
