Full Time Project Admin -JB (can read -understand AUTOCAD)- Constructure Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,200 in HarvestHR Management & Services Johor - Maukerja

• Company Expanding- E&E/ Construction Industry
• 5.5 days - 7.5 hours per day
• Monday-Fri 8am- 5pm/ Sat 8am-12pm
• Location: Johor Jaya

The Roles,

• Record time schedule of internal worker and sub-contractor
• Carry out general site office administration duties and task of our projects.
• Prepare material lists in advance for project
• Coordinate with purchaser and closely monitor inventory level at sites to prevent low stock level
• Responsible to handle warehouse or store at sites
• Liaised with purchaser for stock replenishment instructed by project admin, supervisor or project manager
• Preparing, applying, renewing and filling all permits or passes required for all staffs at sites.
• Preparing report and liaise to all necessary department at HQ
• Any other ad-hoc /duties / projects that may be assigned by hod, supervisor or project director as and when required
• Coordinate, manage, supervise and lead team at project sites.
• Monitor the progress of the project and to ensure works are in compliance with site’s progressive requirement
• Educate workers and enforcing site safety practices and regulations
• Managing work site operation, recommend changes to the operations or procedures in order to increase productivity and efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum education requirements: completion of secondary education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, business management or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience working at project/ construction sites.
• Skill in AutoCAD software will be add advantages
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Good leadership skills and strong time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
