Full Time HEAD OF QUALITY ASSURANCE ( IN FOOD INDUSTRY) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Admiral Industries Johor - Maukerja

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control team in daily operations.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the company's Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant food safety, quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.
• Monitor and maintain GMP, HACCP, Halal, sanitation, hygiene, and food safety programmes.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Handle non-conformities, customer complaints, product quality issues, and root cause investigations.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, certification bodies, customers, and external auditors.
• Ensure proper documentation, records, specifications, and SOPs are maintained and updated.
• Lead and prepare the company for internal, external, customer, Halal, and food safety audits.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on food safety, quality, hygiene, and compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
