ACCOUNT CLERK

Selatan Road Marker & Trading Sdn Bhd is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Clerk to join our growing team. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Location: Taman Mount Austin, Johor Bahru
Employment Type: Full-time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions.

• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable documentation.

• Update accounting records and ensure proper filing of supporting documents.

• Assist with bank reconciliations and payment processing.

• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers when required.

• Assist in payroll preparation and employee-related documentation.

• Perform general administrative and office duties.

• Support the management and accounting team with other assigned tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma, LCCI or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Knowledge of AutoCount accounting software is an advantage.

• Responsible, organised and attentive to detail.

• Willing to learn and able to follow instructions.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and time-management skills.
