Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior AI Engineer role based in Simpang Empat. The Senior AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms to enhance automated manufacturing machinery and robotics solutions. Responsibilities include researching and implementing advanced machine learning and deep learning techniques, building robust software components, and integrating AI systems with existing automation platforms. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to define requirements, optimize system performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The Senior AI Engineer will also mentor junior team members, contribute to technical documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives for AI-driven automation.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and production-grade coding practices.
• Expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and related AI techniques where applicable to automation and robotics solutions.
• Proficiency in common AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and programming languages such as Python or C++.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
• Experience deploying AI systems in real-world industrial or automation environments, preferably in automotive, medical, or semiconductor sectors.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively on-site in multidisciplinary teams, and clear technical communication abilities.
• Familiarity with embedded systems, control systems, or industrial robotics, and an understanding of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
