Salary: Up to RM 15000

Job Description

• Lead RF hardware design and development for semiconductor ATE.
• Design RF circuits, schematics and hardware architecture.
• Handle RF performance including impedance matching, gain, noise, linearity and signal integrity.
• Perform simulation, debugging, validation and characterization.
• Review RF PCB layout, routing, grounding and shielding.
• Work with R&D, NPI, Software and Manufacturing teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical / Electronic / RF / Communications Engineering or related field.
• 8–12+ years of RF hardware design experience.
• Strong experience in RF circuit design, PCB design review and debugging.
• Hands-on experience with VNA, spectrum analyser, signal generator and oscilloscope.
• Experience with ADS, HFSS or equivalent RF simulation tools.
• Experience in RF ATE / semiconductor test hardware is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
