Full Time Production Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,700 in Chuan Sin Perak - Maukerja

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing/production environment
• Prior supervisory or team-leading experience is strongly preferred
• Experience in FMCG or bottled water/beverage production is an advantage
• Able to work in shifts, including weekends or public holidays if required

Job Responsibility

• Oversee day-to-day production activities during the assigned shift.
• Ensure production targets, output, and deadlines are met.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance if issues arise.
• Minimize downtime and optimize workflow efficiency.
• Lead, assign, and monitor tasks for operators and line workers.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and manage shift schedules.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching.
• Handle basic HR issues like attendance, discipline, and performance feedback.
• Ensure products meet company and regulatory quality standards.
• Monitor production processes to reduce defects and waste.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and audits.
• Enforce workplace safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
• Conduct safety briefings and report incidents.
• Prepare shift reports (production output, downtime, issues, etc.).
• Maintain logs for inventory, materials usage, and equipment status.
• Communicate shift performance and issues to the next shift or management.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams.
• Reduce wastage and manage stock efficiently.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Implement cost-saving or efficiency initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
