Job Description


We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience in cloud platforms, Microsoft infrastructure, scripting, database technologies, and application integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, upgrading, and supporting software and infrastructure solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, install, patch, upgrade, configure, and maintain software and infrastructure solutions.
  • Support and administer Microsoft Windows Server environments.
  • Manage and support Active Directory and Hyper-V environments.
  • Work with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and SaaS applications.
  • Support Azure integrations and cloud-based infrastructure services.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and Shell scripting.
  • Work with JSON, Web APIs, REST APIs, and system integrations.
  • Support Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) and PostgreSQL databases.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, integration, and connectivity issues.
  • Work with Power BI for reporting, dashboards, and data visualization as required.
  • Support applications and integrations involving React/Web API components.
  • Understand data structures, APIs, application interfaces, and integration patterns.
  • Perform software upgrades, patching, deployments, and configuration changes.
  • Collaborate with application, infrastructure, cloud, and business teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Follow established change management, deployment, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain technical documentation and provide regular status updates.
  • Communicate effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and business users.
