Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, conduct, and analyze Gauge R&R studies for variable measurement systems.
- Perform Kappa studies for visual inspection and judgment-based processes.
- Evaluate measurement system capability and recommend corrective actions for unacceptable results.
- Ensure all gauges, instruments, and test equipment are calibrated within due dates.
- Maintain calibration status labels, certificates, and records.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance or repair for damaged instruments.
- Recommend new gauges or measurement methods to improve accuracy.
- Support production, engineering, and QA teams on measurement-related issues.
- Assist in customer audits, ISO audits, and internal audits related to calibration/MSA.
- Prepare quality reports, trends, and KPI related to gauge performance.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
