Full Time Design - Tender Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in DYNAMOVA BUILDER SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsible

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Prepare and analyse tender costing, cost estimates, and quantity measurements.
• Assist in budget planning and cost control for M&E works.
• Prepare preliminary design drawings and engineering calculations.
• Source and evaluate subcontractors and suppliers, including price negotiation.
• Manage and support multiple M&E tender projects concurrently.
• Lead pre-tender meetings and coordinate the team throughout the tender preparation and submission process.
• Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to support tender requirements.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as required by management.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
• Entry-level and experienced candidates encouraged to apply
• Familiar with tendering, project cost control in M&E works
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
