Full Time Operation Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in IX TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. Johor - Maukerja

• Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple projects to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Coordinate project activities from planning, mobilisation and execution through to completion and handover.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment and resources to ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate site activities and resolve operational issues that may affect project progress.
• Track project progress against agreed timelines, budgets and quality requirements.
• Ensure effective coordination between operations, project, engineering, procurement, commercial and support teams.
• Review project requirements, work scopes, drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment according to project schedules.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure works are carried out according to agreed scope and standards.
• Conduct regular project coordination meetings and follow up on outstanding action items.
• Identify project risks, operational constraints and potential delays, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Assist Project Managers in preparing project schedules, manpower plans and resource requirements.
• Monitor manpower deployment and ensure adequate resources are available for project activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, safety standards and statutory regulations.
• Monitor project quality and ensure corrective actions are implemented where required.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspection and project handover activities.
• Maintain proper project documentation, reports, records and operational updates.
• Prepare regular management reports on project progress, manpower, costs, risks and operational performance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors and other stakeholders on operational and coordination matters.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations and project coordination, preferably in construction, M&E or data centre projects.
• Strong experience in coordinating multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Good understanding of project management, site operations and construction processes.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
