About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join Loving Mansion Health Center in Johor Bahru District, Johor. This is a full-time position that plays a vital strategic role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of our health center. As Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving the continuous improvement of our community health initiatives. This position is central to achieving our organisational objectives and enhancing the health outcomes of the communities we support.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the health center and ensuring smooth functioning of all departments and services

• Leading, motivating, and managing a diverse team of healthcare professionals and support staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management

• Developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and protocols that align with organisational standards and regulatory requirements

• Monitoring financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal service delivery

• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, health and safety standards, and quality assurance requirements

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with community stakeholders, local authorities, and service partners

• Identifying opportunities for service improvement and driving implementation of initiatives that enhance patient experience and outcomes

• Overseeing the maintenance of facilities, equipment, and resources to support effective service delivery

• Reporting on key performance indicators and operational metrics to senior leadership

• Representing the health center in community forums and professional networks

What we're looking for

• Proven management experience, ideally within healthcare, community services, or a related sector

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage diverse teams effectively

• Excellent knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance frameworks

• Sound financial acumen with experience in budget management and resource planning

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Demonstrable commitment to community health and person-centred service delivery

• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges

• A relevant qualification in management, healthcare administration, public health, or a related discipline is advantageous

• Experience working within multicultural and diverse community settings

• Knowledge of local healthcare systems and community needs in the Johor Bahru area would be beneficial
