Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.

Experience Requirement:

• Transportation: Must possess own transport with a valid driving license and be willing to travel as part of the job.

• Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working in a local engineering consultancy firm is advantageous.

Technical Skills Requirement:

• Ability to understand the basic functions of Electrical and Mechanical disciplines.

• Capable of reading and interpreting Electrical and Mechanical schematics.

• Proficient in the following areas:

• Mechanical/Electrical Building Services Design & Calculation.

• Cost Estimation.

• Documentation.

• Supervision of works.

• Project Coordination and Management.

• AutoCAD proficiency.

 Should be highly motivated and able to work well in a team, especially in a challenging environment.

Routine Job Scope:

  Design and Supervision of Mechanical Systems:

• Responsible for the design, coordination, supervision, and implementation of mechanical building services such as:

  • HVAC systems.

  • Process Utilities.

  • Fire Fighting systems.

  • Lift systems.

  Design and Supervision of Electrical Systems:

• Handle the design, coordination, supervision, and implementation of electrical building services such as:

  • Electrical systems.

  • Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.

  Technical and Progress Meetings:

• Attend technical and progress meetings with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth coordination.

  Liaison with Local Authorities:

• Liaise with local authorities and collaborate with other consultant teams to ensure compliance with regulations.

  Project Meetings:

• Attend all project meetings as needed and coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.

  Evaluation and Documentation:

• Evaluate method statements, work procedures, checklists, and inspection & test plans when necessary.

  Other Duties:

• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the project or management team.
