Full Time Assistant Production Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 9,000 in LLT INDUSTRIAL SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Motivate, support and provide guidance to production staff.
• Ensure all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free.
• Communicate regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
• Evaluate machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
• Establish a balance between increased productivity and reduce costs of manufacturing operations.
• Set productivity goals for each manufacturing team.
• Develop workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
• Ensure adequate scheduling of staff.
• Complete operations by developing schedule, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standard & resolving operations problems.
• Compliance to company policy, department objectives/ programs, rules & regulations, ISO and H&S requirement.
• Any other responsibilities that assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
