FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – MOBILE TEAM

Your Responsibilities:

• Carry out repair, maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Attend to maintenance requests and breakdowns at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance works.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs where possible.
• Support site teams during technical maintenance and emergency breakdowns.
• Assist with installation, testing and commissioning works when required.
• Prepare basic service reports and update maintenance records.
• Work with contractors and site teams to complete maintenance works.
• Travel to different customer locations across the Northern Region.
• Follow MST's safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping at all work locations.
  

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical or electrical repair and maintenance.
• Certificate or Diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC or a related field.
• Good hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Able to work at different locations and travel within the Northern Region.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
