Brew Crew Opportunity

We're looking for warm, attentive Café Supervisors who are passionate about creating great guest experiences and helping others Find Their Flavor. As part of our Brew Crew, you'll lead by example, support the daily operations of the café, and help deliver a "Simply the Best" coffee and tea experience.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead the Brew Crew during shifts to deliver exceptional guest experience and operational excellence.
• Support the Café Manager in the day-to-day running of the café, ensuring smooth operations and consistent execution of brand standards.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, food, and merchandise while leading by example on the café floor.
• Guide, coach, and support team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Resolve guest feedback and service issues professionally and promptly.
• Monitor product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and health and safety standards.
• Manage cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and stock replenishment accurately and responsibly.
• Support the onboarding and training of new Brew Crew members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming café environment.

Your Ingredients

We're looking for people who are passionate about creating great guest experiences and helping others Find Their Flavor.

• Previous experience in a café, retail, food & beverage, or hospitality environment, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experience and leading by example.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and work collaboratively with a team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
