Full Time SENIOR ACCOUNT CLERK Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in CCS Corporation Selangor - Maukerja

TREASURY - PAYMENTS

• Check and ensure the supporting document of purchase invoices is complete, i.e. Invoice, Delivery Order, Purchase Order, Purchase Requisition, Goods Received Note (if applicable) before preform payment
• Print up to date supplier ageing to check and ensure due invoice is paid on time
• Prepare payment to creditor and ensure payment on time
• Prepare other payments including petty cash reimbursement, staff allowance, utilities bills, Hire Purchase, Royalty, loan installments etc. and ensure payment on time
• Update weekly cash flow records
• Issue payment voucher of bank charges in weekly basis
• Manage creditor ledgers ensuring timely reconciliation base on creditor’s Statement of Accounts
• Filling payment vouchers and paid creditors.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

• To check creditor Invoices, ensure the completeness & accuracy of relevant documents submitted (PR, PO, GRN, DO, INV) and entered in ERP system.
• To ensure the completeness and accuracy of cash book records with ERP system bank ledger account by performing the bank reconciliation on monthly basis.
• Prepare Journals for monthly reporting
• Involve in stock take and Capex audit twice a year
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of two years of experience in handling full set account, financial accounting and financial management.
• Proficiency with office computer equipment and software.
• Familiar with SAP System.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
